For the second time in the Gault & Millau guide and for the first time at the award ceremony. Despite our restaurant being closed, we received wonderful words.


Gault & Millau: "Currently, major renovations are underway, and cooking is being done in a pop-up in Den Burg, offering only à la carte. We are eagerly looking forward to early summer 2023 when everything will be ready. It will undoubtedly be even more sustainable and local than we are already used to from them, with nearly all ingredients sourced from and around the Wadden Sea, their 'backyard' as they call it, and the sea. The cuisine they delivered was already very promising, and the Signature menu always exciting and something to look forward to. Therefore, we have every confidence that it will be just as good now. Or even better, who knows? We can hardly wait."
